Domain Policy

Every Webza website starts on a free Webza subdomain — for example, yourbusiness.webza.in. The Webza subdomain is provided at no cost and can remain free forever. There is no trial expiry on the Webza subdomain, and no payment is required to keep the Webza subdomain active.

When you are ready to use your own professional domain (for example, yourbusiness.in, yourbusiness.com or yourbusiness.co.in), you can activate custom domain connection for a one-time ₹1,749 fee. This fee covers: activating your Webza website for custom domain use; connecting your custom domain to your Webza website; SSL configuration for your custom domain; initial deployment to your custom domain.

This is a one-time charge. It is not a monthly or yearly payment. It does not include lifetime hosting — hosting is a separate ₹339/year product.

Webza does not force you to purchase your domain from us. You can: use a domain you already own; buy a domain from any registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Hostinger, etc.); buy a domain through any reseller you prefer.

In all cases, the one-time ₹1,749 activation fee applies — it covers connecting the domain to your Webza website, not registering the domain itself.

Your domain registration is between you and your registrar. You are responsible for keeping your domain registration current. Webza is not responsible for the loss of a domain due to registrar non-payment, expiry, or registrar-level issues. If your domain expires at the registrar level, your Webza website will continue to exist, but it will not be reachable at that domain until the registration is restored.

You can move from yourbusiness.webza.in to yourbusiness.in (or .com / .co.in) whenever you are ready. The one-time ₹1,749 activation fee applies when you activate your custom domain.

You can also continue to keep the free Webza subdomain active alongside your custom domain. If you decide to discontinue your custom domain in the future, you can move back to the Webza subdomain. The website itself remains yours.

You own your custom domain. Webza does not claim ownership over your domain. We only connect it to your Webza website. If you ever decide to leave Webza, your domain registration remains yours and can be pointed elsewhere.
