Terms of Service

Webza provides three connected services: (1) a free business website on a Webza subdomain (for example yourbusiness.webza.in), (2) a one-time ₹1,749 custom domain activation that connects your own domain to your Webza website, and (3) yearly Webza hosting at ₹339/year that keeps your website online.

The free website can stay free forever on the Webza subdomain. There is no trial expiry and no payment required to keep the Webza subdomain active.

By using Webza you agree to: provide accurate information about your business; use Webza for lawful business purposes only; not host content that is illegal, abusive, fraudulent, or infringes on the rights of others; not attempt to disrupt, scan, or compromise Webza's infrastructure; respect the Review Policy when submitting reviews.

Webza offers the free website at its discretion. We may modify, suspend or discontinue the free plan with reasonable notice, but we will not require you to pay in order to keep an existing Webza subdomain live. The free website is provided "as is" and does not include the custom domain activation or hosting services.

The ₹1,749 charge is a one-time website activation and custom domain connection fee. It is not a monthly or yearly payment. It does not include lifetime hosting. You can use a domain you already own, or you can purchase a domain from any registrar — Webza does not require you to buy the domain from us.

You are responsible for ensuring your domain registration remains current with your registrar. Webza is not responsible for the loss of a domain due to registrar non-payment or expiry.

Webza hosting is billed at ₹339/year. Hosting includes SSL, website deployment, custom domain support, mobile-ready websites, business-focused infrastructure and support. We do not claim uptime percentages, daily backups, CDN, DDoS protection, NVMe storage, unlimited bandwidth or specific server locations unless they are actually configured on your hosting plan. The ₹1,749 one-time activation and the ₹339/year hosting are processed through trusted third-party payment providers. We do not store full card numbers. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. The ₹339 hosting credit issued under the review program is a service credit toward Webza hosting and has no cash value.

Reviews must represent genuine experiences. Reviews enter a moderation queue before being published. Webza may reject spam, fake, abusive or fraudulent reviews. The ₹339 hosting credit under the review program is issued for genuine feedback, regardless of rating. See the Review Policy for details.

Webza is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webza is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid Webza in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the website. Continued use of Webza after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
